Our beautiful sister Imelda was diagnosed with a brain tumour March 2020, we did our first walk4braincancer September 2020 a week after Imelda had her 2nd lot of surgery she was so humbled and proud of us all, walking and raising money. The 2nd walk we did was September 2021, Imelda had been through 2 lots of surgery, and a year and a half of treatment which was mainly done on her own due to covid but she still made it out to walk with us at the end of our walk, I have never felt more proud, so many tears and lots of smiles. then last year our 3rd walk was done 11 months after Imelda lost her fight. We were surrounded by so many wonderful family and friends so we will be doing our 4th walk this year in memory of Imelda and many of our groups loved ones that have/are battling this cruel disease.
Your dedication and commitment to this cause brings us hope that we are getting closer to finding a cure. 💜
